The 14" long blending shaft is dishwasher safe and easily detaches from the base. For added versatility, you can use any other size blending shaft or whisk attachment (sold separately) with any AvaMix IBHD series blender base.
This immersion blender includes a pair of 10" stainless steel whisks, which are great for making recipes like mashed potatoes, mousses, soups, and sauces. Hand washing is recommended.
