The stainless steel tube kettle, cabinet, and backsplash are built for ultimate durability and are resistant to rust. This ensures that you get the most use out of your fryer while minimizing the time and money spent on repairs. The thermostat / thermometer combination operates a magnetic millivolt gas valve, allowing you to keep the oil at the perfect temperature for whatever you're cooking. Plus, the included exterior drain valve control, bolt-down legs, and donut cutter mounting bracket ensure that you are ready to begin frying right away.

This fryer's 20" x 20" frying area is compact while maximizing frying capacity.
