Prevent injuries while frying with consistent quality by implementing the AutoFry MTI-5LV 2 gallon compact automatic ventless fryer. This completely automated fryer has a fully enclosed oil design with load and dispenser chutes that streamline the fry station. After food is dropped into the front-loading chute, the MTI keypad enables manual time and temperature entries for ease of use. The device can be programmed with up to 18 different cooking presets to quickly integrate your menu. This generates lucrative new revenue streams by adding 'restaurant to go' capabilities to small or large retail operations. A unique temperature probe measures heat loss within the oil and automatically adjusts the cooking time to account for the drop. Towards the end of the cycle, the built-in fryer basket will emerge out and drain for about 12 seconds. After, it will flip the food down the outbound chute!

Aside from its easy-to-use design, this automated fryer has safety features to keep staff out of harm's way. The inherent one-way in, one-way out chute design naturally creates a distance between staff and oil. A locking door offers an additional barrier to any hot oil, too. If the door is opened during a fry cycle there is a safety mechanism that will trigger an automatic shutdown of the device. It's designed with both a manual pull tab and an automatic fire suppression system. The compact design ensures the device will take up a minimal footprint on a countertop.

Each fry cycle is capable of cooking up to .5 lb. of product. Once it's time to close the shop, the removable interior components can be cleaned daily in 5 minutes or less. All components aside from the heater assembly are machine washable, including 2 of the 3 filter designs. The 3-filter system includes a grease baffle, mesh filter, and charcoal filter. The grease baffle can be machine washed, and the mesh filter can be regularly washed, but should still be replaced twice a year. The addition of this device can allow your establishment to offer deep-fried classics without the hefty expense of hoods or vents! This unit requires a 120V connection for operation and features a 6' power cord.
