I love all of Ateco's swirl top piping tips and this is no exception. The large size of the tip makes it really suitable for piping swirls on top of cupcakes. If you pipe counterclockwise the "petals" of frosting look more open. And if you pipe clockwise, they wrap up on themselves more. Both are very pretty & I highly recommend this piping tip!

All of the tips on this site are great quality! They don't get bent out of shape or have a seam that messes up the design! perfect!
I like this a taco swirl top piping tip I feel like when it comes to these design some of them can be very repetitive but it is very nice even though they have others that are similar. I also appreciate that they label their piping tips. Keep in mind also this is a large piping tip for a project or if you’re using a Cupler

THe ateco 88 tip is really the perfect cupcake frosting tip. I put it in the dishwasher and it washes up just fine. I use this all the time

I love Ateco products. Their tips are seamless unlike WIlton brand and they are a great quality. This tip in particular is GREAT for creating defined grooves in your swirled cupcake icing which traps sprinkles and sparkle dust much better than the 1M tip. Just be careful because these babies are SHARP and will stab you if you are not paying attention.

This company has a huge selection of piping tips and the Ateco 885 #2 Swirl Top Piping Tip is one of my favorites because it is a little different in the shape of the cuts on top. Where the regular open star tip is straight, this one is cut on an angle that makes great swirly designs.
