We've had this machine for a little over 4 months, and it has been broken down longer than it has worked. When we received the machine, it came out of the box broken. I made a claim with Webstaurant to get a replacement, only to find out that I had to go through Astra. I got in touch with Astra to find out that they will not replace the machine, only repair it, or send you the parts to fix it yourself. I repaired it myself so that I wouldn't have to wait three weeks (which is the typical time for repairs) for a machine that we just purchased. Machine ran great for about a week then it quit working again. Called technical support again, they sent me the parts again.
