With this SV-5 sous vide immersion circulator from ARY VacMaster, you can bring the benefits and convenience of small-scale sous vide cooking to your restaurant or culinary school without investing in a full-scale immersion circulator! This innovative, compact circulator is designed to clip onto a food pan or food box 6" or deeper, and heats and circulates up to 5.25 gallons of water at a time. Because food is safely sealed during cooking, this immersion circulator allows you to achieve the ideal texture, taste, and tenderness of meats, seafood, and vegetables, and it can even cook several of your most popular foods at the same time in a single tank (sold separately). This circulator is conveniently portable so you can move it from one tank to another as needed.

Easy-to-use digital controls and a non-reflective touch-screen that can display in multiple languages ensures that your staff can quickly and efficiently set up the circulator. You can rest assured that this sous vide circulator is able to meet the temperature requirements of your menu with a stainless-steel heating coil that can operate between 77 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a timer allows you to set the cooking time and move on to other tasks until the circulator sounds its completion notification.
