Easy-to-use digital controls and a non-reflective touch-screen that can display in multiple languages ensure that your staff can quickly and efficiently set up the circulator. You can rest assured that this sous vide circulator is able to meet the temperature requirements of your menu with a stainless-steel heating coil that can operate between 77 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a timer that allows you to set the cooking time and move on to other tasks until the circulator sounds its completion notification. For extended cooking times, a built-in water level sensor protects your circulator from damage by shutting it off automatically if the water level drops below minimum requirements.
