APW Wyott 3R-CFHS21-120 Details
Keep all of your delicious fried foods looking great, feeling great, and tasting great long after cooking with the APW CFHS-21 21" countertop fry holding station! Two 40 watt coated bulbs light up the bin area to highlight your crispy and piping hot French fries, onion rings, chicken strips, and more.
Heat is provided from the top of the dump station by ceramic heaters and from the bottom by a thermostatically controlled base to efficiently heat foods without continuing to cook them. This will eliminate the risk of hardening or drying out your finest creations, and prevents oversaturation as well! This fry holding station includes a perforated holding bin that allows for drainage of oils and permits heat to rise from the base to prevent soggy products.
With a stainless steel construction with a bin and fry bag holding ribbon that easily lifts out of the unit, this fry holding station is simple to keep clean. The APW Wyott CFHS-21 21" countertop fry holding station requires a 120V electrical connection.
