Excellent size and depth for a normal household size batch of fudge. Lined with parchment paper, filled to the rim- fudge came out easy, and perfect thickness. Also plan to use for personal deep pan pizza and brownies. Happy with the quality of the pan.

I purchased this to replace the tray in my Cuisinart toaster oven. The original one was so hard to clean and would warp in the oven during cooking. Although this one is not the size of the original one, it’s as close as I could get, it’s easy to clean, and it doesn’t warp. So glad I found it and it costs a third of what an actual Cuisinart replacement would.

This pan exceeds my expectations. I bought it for my small toaster oven. It is actually better than the pan that came with the unit or any replacements that I bought. The difference is the quality and sustainability. This American Metalcraft pan doesn't peel or warp. It is well worth the money.

I do not use this for its intended purpose but instead use it to store and organize my spices, oils and utensils next to my stove. It does the job well. Pan has a nice finish, is sturdy and would likely work very well as a pizza pan.

It would be great if the dimensions were correct0. The ACTUAL overall dimensions are 12 5/8" x 12 5/8". The bottom of the pan is 12" square, but I ordered the pan expecting it to be 12" SQUARE. Haven't decided if I'm going to return it, don't want to pay shipping, or just it for target practice.

Perfect for serving Sicilian pizza pies in our dining room. A bit on the pricey side for a pan though. Not sure how you would use this as a cake pan.

This square pie pain is the perfect size for 1-2 people. Dough cooks consistent through and does not burn. Pizza sales are up after switching to square pan

This pan is tough and takes a slicing and a beating. We prepare our square cheesy bread in this deep pan that has room for plenty of cheese!

This is a great small little pan for tossing items into the toaster oven or making single serving size hot dishes. It is very thick and heavy duty, I expect it will last a very long time.

I was looking for a pan that would maximize the space inside my countertop oven, and this fits the bill. It's very sturdy - I can't imagine it warping - and the aluminum makes it perfect for baking. My first pan came pretty scratched up, but Webstaurant took care of that and sent me a new one that came in a much better condition.

No better pan for my money. Sturdy and thick yet lightweight. Heats evenly. Rounded corners are easy to clean. This pan does not warp. I use it almost daily.

I use this for cooking, baking, pizza making. Also doubles as a great serving tray when needed. Perfect size for pizza, whether baking or reheating many pizza sizes.

I use these from my marshmallows and the height of them are exact every time. No more eyeballing an inch for me! They are also great quality and sturdy

This pan is made of aluminum, so it is quite light, yet sturdy. I have used it to make brownies and pies in addition to using it as a pizza pan.

Love the pizza pans! I have been looking for we'll over a year for pans to fit in my large Hamilton Beach Convection Oven it came with 12" x 12" pizza pans. You can't buy them anywhere. I found them on this site but because of the rim they didn't fit. All of the ones in the store are way to small or too big. So I decided to look here again and found the 10" x 10" pizza pans (I use them as cookie sheet for just about anything) they are heavy duty and a good size. I'm sure they will last a long time. I'm thinking about buying some more as Christmas gifts. Thanks my search is finally over!

We were searching for the perfect pans for use in a Hatco Flavr-Saver hot food merchandiser. These were it. We have the smaller model and it doesn't take half sheet pans. A quick vist to the webstaurantstore and I found these and they are the perfect size, a quarter pan wastes too much merchandising space. These are very heavy and well made, I plan to order some of the blue and white checked sandwich wraps to use as pan liners.
