Great for any kind of raw bar.I personally use for oysters and can fit plenty of ice and shellfish as well as ramekins for sauces. Also looks great after many uses.

This is a nice aluminum tray for smaller portions of raw bar items. I wouldn't recommend putting more than 1 dozen average sized oysters on this tray.

Very sturdy. Perfectly fits one dozen oysters and the sides that go along with it. Shaved ice doesn't melt as quickly in these as it does when placed in regular plates.
