This stuff is bulletproof and will show well forever. We use this line almost exclusively because it can take everything from the dish machine to submling around with pots in a 3-bay and come out shining. We use this one for salads, etc.

Nice serving tray that can be used for passed and stationary items. The lip on the platter does reduce the useable flat area in the middle. The lip of the platter is 2.5 in so the usable area in the middle is 13in L by 8.5in W.
