Very large, heavy, durable pan that meets expectations. This will fit into a normal conventional oven for family use. I highly recommend this pan, however, things do tend to stick quite badly, so have nonstick or oil ready.

I really like the size of this cake pan when I bake a cake with this pan my cake is the main attraction. This pain is also very versatile because of its deepness I can bake other things in it also without fear of it running over.

These pans have worked out perfectly for our flans. We make our own caramel and pour it straight onto the pans. We bake them in these pans in a bain-marie and let them cool before taking out and flipping them into their containers. They release well and the pans clean very easily with hot water.

I was looking for an oval pan like this for a long time. I was so happy when I found this website. This pan is perfect for my baklava (turkish dessert). Its a really good, non sticky material. I am really happy with this purchase. Totally recommend it.

High quality. Fits my Breville oven perfectly. The black enamel pan that came with my Breville oven just burns food. Really needed a shiny aluminum for equal baking BUT the key thing was trying to find rimmed one so could maximize my toaster oven space - this pan fit the bill. I use it on my Weber 21.5" charcoal grill for making pizza Fits perfectly on the grate, heats evenly for an aluminum pan, but that's more likely a function of spreading the coals evenly underneath it. Haven't had much other use for it but I'll bet it'd make a great paella pan. The down side to an 18" pan, solely because of it's size, is that it's difficult to store in the house and it doesn't fit in my oven (depth).

This american metalcraft 9"x 2" deep dish pizza pan is awesome. it is sturdy and will last a long time .It has a bunch of other uses too .You can also use it as a sizzle plate . We will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future.

We use these pans for cake baking. They sides are straight and the edges are sharp and not too rounded. Makes everything easy when it comes time to decorate the cake.

Excellent pizza pan which can be used for many other uses. It is of very high quality. I ordered additional tapered versions of this pan, as the only issue I have with it is that it doesn't stack nicely.

The Metalcraft HA80092 9" x 2" Heavy weight aluminum (Aluminium) is definitely a sturdy pan for pizza and cakes. It weights .7 Lbs which is heavier than cheaper and thinner weight pans. This helps in producing an evenly baked cake/pizza compared to a thinner pan. By no means however does this mean that there will be no hot spots which will depend on your oven and placement of the pan. Do not expect this pan to look pretty as anodized or Non-stick as you do need to season it which will change its appearance. This pan is a workhorse and as such is not meant to look pretty. These pans are great! They are more than just deep dish pizza pans. I have used them for cheese cakes to dinner rolls. They are heavy weight and hold up to daily use.

Purchased the 14" x 2" heavy weight aluminum pizza pan for making cakes, but never realized the great quality of the heavy weight pan. A much more sturdy pan that seems like it will hold up a lot longer to every day abuse.
