These sturdy screens are just what we needed. Making pizzas in the backyard always left us with a problem. Do you make them one at a time so you can eat them while the crust is perfect, or do you make a batch of pies and deal with soggy crusts. We took the hint from the pros and use these to serve our pizzas after we cook them. The pans are strong enough to support our pie and let the steam out so we don't get soggy bottoms.

This is the perfect screen for making cauliflower pizza due to the wet nature of the vegetable more air needs to be able to get to the bottom of the crust in the oven and this screen does an amazing at producing a firm (not soggy) crust.

These are excellent for quick fire items. Since we do not fry anything in our restaurant it takes a while to get our Potato Wedges crispy and these have helped immensely with the speed of service.

We use a lot of pizza screens. I bought this "disc" type because i thought it would last a lot longer than the "screens". It does, but I still prefer the screens because they are easier to clean and they are lighter and less expensive.

These pans work great and are an excellent value. If you are currently using pizza screens and would like to be able to cut on the screen, then this is a great product. Plus it leaves cool little brown dots on the bottom of the pizza crust.

This is great if you're looking for baking pizzas at home especially, it's heavier than I expected and turns out a very crisp crust without using a stone. This is a quality screen, more like a pan than a screen, order extra as you will likely find other uses for it.

Enough holes to cook the bottom of the pizza to the perfect crust with out taking it off the screen right onto the pizza oven. I am using a 16" pizza self rising dough. it does a great job holding it to the correct size.

Nice toasty pizza, I just don't like when other products (like tater tots etc...) get used on them by my teens. They wash up great in the dishwasher. As long as you are using them for something that is not crumbly they are Primo!!!!

This is a nice quality pizza screen at an econmical price. The screen holds up well to baking temperatures and multiple uses and many washes.

I have used this pizza screen a couple of times now and I am so impressed with how crisp the bottom of the crust becomes after baking in a hot oven. My biggest complaint of pizzas cooked at home is a soggy bottomed crust. That problem seems to be a thing of the past thanks to this pizza screen. A couple of hints for using this: make sure to oil the screen well before adding the dough, and don't press on the dough too much (a little bit is OK) or else the dough will start to squeeze through the holes. Even though this happened to me, there was no problem with removing the cooked pizza from the pan because I had oiled the pan so well.

Purchased the heavy duty screens thinking they would work under hand tossed pizza's but they are a little more heavy duty then anticipated.. We use them for baking off stromboli/calzones etc. Work great!

Perforated pizza screen is awesome if you don't want your pizza to turn soggy. It can also be used for potato chips and other baked goodies. This sheet is made to last and easy to clean up which is important particularly because it is perforated.

These screens are perfect for making the best crusts in conveyor style ovens!! Easy to insert and remove pizzas!! Good item to use at home!!!

These pizza screens work great. It takes a while for them to season, but now the pizza crust cooks evenly with out sticking and we have perfect thin crust pizza with a crisp bottom and the perfect chewy top!

This pizza screen is great value because it is easy to work with and the price is so low here. I use this pizza screen in a standard household gas oven and the results of pizza that was baked on this pizza screen is great: the taste is excellent and the dough is crispy because the heat circulates thru the perforations.

These screens work and hold up great. The wire screens we were using fell apart with heavy use and the broken wires poked fingers. We have less sticking and better browning with these new screens.

These are fantastic, and a bargain. If you're after the perfect grilled pizza with easy prep, this is it. A spray of olive oil on the screen, lay out your pizza, put on a HOT grill, and you've got it made.
