American Metalcraft 15 1/2" x 13 7/8" Wood Pizza Peel with 8" Handle 2414

this is one of my favorite products. perfect width for most any pizza size. good handle length so that it doesn't take up too much space. and, it is nice enough to serve from.

We use these to serve our pizzas! It's a fun look and much easier for the servers and guests to handle than hot pans. Easy to clean as well.

Bought this for home use. The look and feel of it is nice, but the quality leaves me questioning. I have used this for about 10 pizzas so far, and while it does very well with getting it out and into the oven, the wood has already begun to split on part of it. I do not think I would purchase again. I will likely replace this with an aluminum one.

I liked this pizza peel, I just didn't use it that must so I gave it away. I think it's good to put the raw pizza dough on and then slide into the oven. Then it's easier to use a metal peel to take the pizza out. I'm just a home cook.

The American Metalcraft 2616 is an wonderful quality made wooden pizza peel that is the perfect size for use with small home sized ovens. It's a single solid piece of wood, light weight and smooth surfaced. A light coat of Emmet's Elixir Wood Conditioner, also bought from WebstaurantStore, and its set to launch pizzas or even act as a serving board. I should note however that whatever wood its made of isn't very "thirsty" and didn't absorb too much oil and thus likely won't absorb spilled sauce, grease, etc as easily so this aids in cleanup. Big enough for any normal sized pizza with a short handle that is perfect for small or home kitchens, the small handle also necessary for its dual role as a serving board. The price is pretty great for a wood board of its size. All in all, a great wooden peel for a great price.

The American Metalcraft 2212 is a great peel. It is a strong peel and made from quality wood. We use it for all of our catering events for wood fired pizzas. They work great and have stood up to multiple uses so far. Def would buy again!

This pizza peel works great. The dough didn't stick to the peel and I was able to get it in the oven without the pizza pie getting ruined. It also worked when I was removing the pizza from the oven. It's made of good material.

These board last a while in my pizza shop. They hold up strong and never disappoint. Order came fast! I will be buying more in the future!

This works great. It is unfinished wood, just flour it a little and the pizza slides right off. Great for 12-14 inch pizzas, any bigger and you need a bigger size for sure

Our baking ovens are about 30" x 30" and this pizza peel with the 9" handle is perfect for us. No more losing balance with a longer handle.

This peel is the perfect size to assemble, transport, cut, serve, etc. pizzas on. We purchased 2 to use with our cobb oven and are going to be purchasing another 2 soon!

This is large enough for my supersize pizzas, but the short handle is perfect for my narrow galley kitchen. A longer handle would have been awkward to maneuver without hitting the cabinets behind me. I'll drill a hole in the handle in order to be able to hang it from a hook.

Bought two of these wood pizza peel with 9" handle. One for our hand tossed and a separate one for gluten free pizzas. We love the long handle and wood is great quality.

really like this pizza handle. it can handle very high heat. it is a very nice product it is very easy to clean and its a good price.
