Keep your food hot, safe, and appetizing with this Alto-Shaam 300-S portable 3 pan low temperature holding cabinet! With Alto-Shaam's gentle Halo Heat system, this holding cabinet extends hot food holding times without overcooking it. This unit maintains ideal serving temperatures throughout the cabinet for even warming and it has a close temperature tolerance. The digital temperature controls sense temperature changes faster to provide quick recovery times.

This cabinet holds up to 3 full size food pans at a time and has 2 carrying handles so your staff can lift the cabinet, stack it for storage, and carry the holding cabinet to your catered events. The stainless steel interior resists corrosion for a long product life and ease of cleaning. The door has vents to allow steam to escape which helps to keep fried or baked foods crispier.

Using this holding cabinet is easy since it has one control with an on/off switch. Staff can use the up and down arrow keys to set the holding cabinet temperature between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To let your staff know how the cabinet is performing, it has a heat indicator light, a temperature display key, and a digital display. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection and has an output of 800W.

Insulated and non-insulated holding cabinets both offer the same function by holding food at safe temperatures for hours until ready to serve, but for best results it's important to make a purchase based on your desired application. Non-Insulated Holding Cabinets are intended for applications where the doors will be closed for the majority of the day, such as proofing bread or keeping back-up portions hot. Insulated Holding Cabinets are better suited for keeping food hot when the doors will be opened and closed much more frequently, since they are better equipped at retaining the heat.
