Food safety is a big concern in healthcare foodservice, but this Alluserv AC10 reach in air curtain refrigerator has the ability to maintain temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 90 minutes with the door open! This outstanding cold retention, coupled with its total capacity of (10) 18" x 26" or (20) 14" x 18" trays, make it ideal for plating hundreds of meals during tray service without sacrificing the quality of your food. This unit has (4) 6" casters, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes, that allow it to be rolled up directly to the tray line to promote efficient tray make-up, while its larger tray spacing provides ample room for juice bottles, milk cartons, and salad containers. In addition, it has recessed hand grips for easy maneuvering!

This unit's cabinet is made of stainless steel inside and out with a layer of high density fiberglass and foam insulation in between. Its solid door is also foam-insulated and seals with a gasket. However, when the refrigerator is in use, its door opens 270 degrees and can be held open by a magnetic device that comes standard. The included tray slides are easy to remove for thorough cleaning, while its perimeter bumper protects walls during transport.

This unit features a 1/2 hp bottom-mount refrigeration system that uses environmentally-safe 404A refrigerant and works with its air circulation fans to optimize cooling and prevent inconsistent temperatures within the cabinet. Although this unit comes factory preset at 35 degrees Fahrenheit, its temperature range is adjustable. Plus, its digital controls feature an automatic defrost system, but also give the operator the option to override the system and force a defrost cycle at convenient times throughout the day.
