This All Points 8010719 heating element is a replacement for the one that came standard on Imperial Range equipment. Your heating element brings the griddle up to the set temperature, so if it's broken or not performing to specifications it's important to replace it promptly. A working element will ensure that your unit holds foods at a safe temperature, which keeps you in compliance with health code. It requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
