The product was shipped packed in freezer bags with ice packs to keep refrigerated. The Chicken Cordon Bleu's are very tasty and delicious. They are will made and provide a very nice presentation for any dining table. From frozen to table at 350 degrees in less then 45 minutes. But, please check before serving because all ovens heat differently. This item adds a little extra to the menu and is a nice surprise for diners to see on the menu.

Customers did not like these. Look and taste commercially manufactured. Bland and took some doing to make them taste better.

These are terrible. The breading taste like cardboard. I have no idea where the meat is. The cheese has no flavor. DO not waste your money on these. If you serve these in a business, you should be ashamed.
