Thanks to a 12" deep cavity with 2 lb. density foam insulation, this unit can accommodate food and drink service operations of nearly any size. A cast aluminum 10 circuit cold plate with 5/16" diameter stainless steel bump and swedge ends is sealed to the bottom of the bin to efficiently pre-chill beverages. A 4" backsplash serves to prevent ice and water from spilling onto the floor. Additionally, a rear deck provides even more storage, and two removable injection-molded 3-pack plastic bottle racks are included for ease of use. This unit boasts a 140 lb. ice capacity, making it perfect for your restaurant or bar.
Crafted with quality in mind, this ice bin is constructed with durable materials to withstand the demands of a busy commercial environment. The 22 gauge, type 300 stainless steel ice bin, front apron, and backsplash ensure longevity and resistance to corrosion and rusting. The 20 gauge, type 430 stainless steel sides provide additional durability and strength, ensuring it's built to withstand high-volume commercial use and years of operation. Meanwhile, the 22 gauge galvaneal front and back understructure, along with the 11 gauge electrogalvaneal leg channel, offer robust support for the ice bin. We have had this ice bin for over 4 years now and it is still going strong. Maybe some slight discoloration around the drain. Our previous model had rusted out underneath from them not draining the ice and just letting it melt every night so now we drain it with hot water every night and that seems to have helped.
I bought this in 2019. After 3 years the co2 lines collapsed inside and now no loner functions. Pretty short life for a piece of equipment.
