This Advance Tabco BS-304 baker's table features a laminated, 1 3/4" thick hard maple wood top with 4" high coved corner risers to keep flour and other ingredients on the table and not on the floor when rolling dough or preparing baked goods.

Thanks to its durable 18 gauge stainless steel undershelf and 1 5/8" diameter stainless steel legs, with 1 1/2" adjustable feet for precise leveling, the Advance Tabco BS-304 wood top baker's table makes an ideal work station for the busiest commercial bakeries.

What is the best way to clean and care for my wood top table?

All wood products should be hand washed. If your wood top begins to show signs of wear, its finish can be restored with a food safe wood conditioner. First, clean and dry the wooden top. Then, apply the wood conditioner with a soft cloth or paper towel. Once the conditioner has soaked into the top of the table, buff off any excess with a clean cloth. Having excess conditioner on a wood top will make it feel sticky or oily.

    The Advance Table BS-306 table has worked very well for me. The undershelf holds a cooling rack and some miscellaneous items. It's shipped in a very sturdy container so there should never be any shipment damage. The table top is very heavy so three people are needed to set it up after assembly. In use it's very solid. I've had no difficulty cleaning it. The casters (optional) make it easy to move out of the way in my small kitchen. Highly recommended but I gave it four stars rather than five because of two minor improvements that could be made. 1. The tips on the legs are not removable (pressed on) so to install casters, they need to be installed upside down (or the legs could be cut down) which raises the height by another 5 cm or so in addition to the 10-12 cm increase for the casters.
