Nice thick glass jar. The two gallon seemed huge to me but looks beautiful on the countertop holding prepacked snacks. Lid is easy for children to remove but also seals for freshness. (Seal is around the top of the jar, not in the lid.) I have been very pleased with this product, highly recommended.

I had an issue with 4 of the six jars that arrived. Packaging was not done well. One was upside down and another box was not taped so the jar was broken. I also noticed the jars were made in China. However, the jars are very sturdy and customer service was easy to work with. I would recommend to buy the 0.5 , 1 gallon, gallon because they are easier to open. The 2 and 3 gallon are harder to open because of the rubber. Hopefully the lids last and the lids don’t get scratched easily and the paint doesn’t come off. I can see it happening if they are made in china. I guess I get what I paid for.
