A majority of the items came broken in the box. The box was intact with no visible damage on the outside. While a credit was given for the broken cups, a majority of the remaining cups did not withstand going thru the dishwasher and cracked and chipped after being used and washed.

Shape is slightly problematic, as it doesn't quite fit inside the dishwasher glass holder. Product also scratches relatively easily, which poses aesthetic problems. Overall, a good product as far as functionality goes.

4 cups arrived broken. 2 handles broke off in the washer. But the remaining 6 cups are great. Probably wouldn't order again. Also they look a little Waffle Houseish, if you know what i mean.
