A really nice, smaller size mug that is a great mug for serving tea. The design is great and the Ivory color goes with all our décor.

We bought these China coffee mugs for our daughter’s wedding. We placed them at a self serve coffee table. So much better than paper cups!

These are just nice, simple mugs. They are durable and have held up well. I would definitely buy them again if we needed mugs again.

Just your basic coffee cup, nothing fancy. They are sturdy with a nice finish on them. Easy to just wipe the coffee residue off with just a cloth.

For the second time I received damaged mugs, how can you help me replace them ensuring that they do not arrive broken again?

These mugs are one of the worst we ever got in 30 years. We got 3 cases on April 5th and today we have less than 20 left. They all broke or have cracks, handle breaks after one use. They arrived broke in the original box too(see picture). Not recommended.

Packaging needs improvement as 6 of the 12 were damaged in shipment !!

Ordered 2 cases of these cups. 6 cups were already broken when opening the box. 11 cups have been damaged just from going through the dishwashing machine. 1 cup actually broke off the handle while filling it with coffee. This is by far the worst product I’ve ever bought from here.

Great mug for the price! Perfect size, not too big. Some we're delivered broken but Webstaurant Customer Service was AMAZING and credited me for the broken mugs without any issue. Will re-order these again!

These Avory Rolled Edge Mugs are perfect for serving any kind of hot drink, we use them for tea and coffee. They are the perfect serving size and have a very sleek and aesthetic look. We love them and are happy that they come in bulk!

For the price, these are quite nice. Note they are ivory - next time I will order bright white, but these do have a nice classic look. They aren't too heavy either! Good size for tea or coffee.

Like wine out of the proper glass, coffee out of a proper cup is always the best. The thin lip of the cup makes using it a pleasure.

Great price for the perfect size coffee mug. Big enough not to mistake it for an espresso shot, small enough that it won’t get cold on you before you get to the bottom of the cup. In our first shipment we had 11 broken out of 36. We were quickly sent out a second shipment, and in our second, we only had maybe 3 broken ones. Not sure what it says about how durable they will be, but I suppose we got a few extra just in case.

This is a nice, sturdy mug. It is on the smaller side which is a plus in my opinion as your coffee doesn't get cold before you drink it all. I have had no problems with chipping or staining.

Durable coffee mug. Stains easily, we have to soak at least once a week. Best bang for your buck general coffee mug and have ordered many times.

These are super cute mugs. We bought them for our small Mexican restaurant, so we didnt need many. We use them for coffee and they work perfectly.

Standard plain off white diner style coffee mugs, quick ship with not all mug intact and with none damaged. Good price would defiantly buy these again.

Was hoping for a better result. I mixed in five of these cups with my stock on hand. In less than a week one cup chipped by the rim and on three others the handles broke off. This product is probably fine in a slower pace establishment with careful dishwashers. It is not holding up in our cafe but we are usually behind the eight ball and in a hurry. I do like the webstaurant store and will certainly continue to buy other items from them.

This is a good looking coffee mug not appearing too small while only being 8 oz. The glaze is uniform and shiny. Easy to hold.

These are great standard sized coffee mugs, very durable and feel good in my hand. There are some minor cosmetic glazing issues in many of the mugs, but this does not affect functionality or durability at all.

Looks great and good for high volume establishments that have high traffic. Fits the saucer well and the color stays white. Keeps the beverage warm.

We have a Diner. These cups aren't too big or too small. Our customers are very satisfied with the new coffee cups. They are not bulky or heavy. Perfect for a cafe

I work in a senior building and some of the coffee cup are to heavy for them to handle these are not. The handles are the right size for them with problems with there fingers.

Nice ice coffee cup love the color it keeps pretty well durable and less you drop it easy to clean and maintain.will keep restock of these glasses

These are great, don't hesitate to buy them. I wanted to upgrade our mugs, we were using some weird plastic stackable things...that just didn't scream "nice" at all haha. They were also a real pain to keep clean. These mugs however are terrific! They look expensive, can stand a few drops (so far non have broken or chipped and they've had quite a few spills). I'll be ordering more in 2016 when my budget allows, but these are really a great deal, you won't regret it.

These mugs are a standard order for my restaurant now! You could not find any other mugs that are as durable as these for this price! They really hold up through some rough tumbles! They also don't stain as easily as some other brands. Love the fast shipping as well!

The cups were of great quality and good delivery time. I would like to receive price and delivery on printable cups that are strait up and down. They print easier for larger pictures. Again we were pleasantly surprised at the thickness and great durability of the cups we received.
