Thunder Group 8" x 3" Stainless Steel Blade with Wood Handle

One of the things that we do in our shop is Rolled Ice Cream. In order to get perfectly sculpted rolls you need amazing scrapers that have a chamfered blade at the end, these actually do. We use 2 different sizes, and this particular size is our go to one for the actual rolling process. These hold up very well to multiple washings, dipper wells, and they do not scratch the steel plate. These are kind of like when you purchase a set of tires and they tell you how many miles they will last, I can say for a fact that these will allow you to Roll at least 1,000 orders before you replace them, as long as you do care for them and do not leave them in standing water for extended amounts of time, Take the time to run them thru a manual Wash, Rinse and Sanitize, and they will last like the champion it is. :)

Indispensable item in my daily life. I’m rinsing my egg griddle after every use with this blade. It helps to cut turkey bacons easily too.

Wood handles are great and this items seems durable enough. I am pretty happy with this purchase. We dont abuse our griddle too much so its not used all the time!

Very nice scraper. It has a relatively sharp edge that can be sharpened if you need to. It is also stainless and has not rusted on me yet (I've used other scrapers of lesser quality that rusted after the first use). Overall a good tool for the kitchen and I've used it to open young coconuts on occasion.

This scraper worked great it's strong enough scrape the grill clean without bending. Also used it as a putty knife and it worked well great multipurpose scraper.

We recently did some renovation on our store, and when we had to replace the floors, this item really helped with scraping up the old stuff.

This eight inch scraper with wood handle was exactly as described in the product description on the website. The size is standard and works very well with tough stuck on gum. The blade feels solid without added weight. Very durable and would recommend.

The 8" Scraper with 3" Blade is ok. Nothing really special but the price is reasonable so can't complain. So quality is good, price is good and the scraper works pretty good.

so the new IN thing is the Roll Ice cream. i love these scraper, this scraper does not russ at all compare to other i got. would buy again.

This 8 inch scraper works great for all sorts of things you can either use it for scraping off the crap off your range you can also use it for making ice cream like Thai ice cream rolls but I wouldn't use the same one you used to clean

This scraper is perhaps the best we've owned. We use it to scrape down the griddle and it does a great job. The handle is attached very firmly and the blade itself is thick metal that has little to no bend which makes it very easy to get leverage and apply even pressure to the grill. We're extremely happy with the product.

i love these item, because i just recently serving ice cream roll and i use this to roll up the ice cream on a freezing pan. love it.

We use this for cleaning our stove grates and sometimes cast iron where we need to get baked on gunk off. A siak in degreaser then a scrape with this.

This scraper is perfect for cleaning burnt food off a grill. The shape is a little wonky if you look closely at the pictures but that doesn't affect the performance of the scraper.

We are really hard on these 3 inch scrapers and they hold up really well. They blade stays sharp for a pretty long time too.

Really nice scraper used for multiple purposes. We use it to roll up ice cream but also keep some Designated ones for scraping gum or sticky stuff off the floor.

Food be gone! Got stuck on food, grab this scraper and save time when washing. Feels good in the hand, metal has a soft edge to aid in removing unwanted food from trays.

Like a lot of the other reviews we use these for rolled ice cream. They hold up better than expected. We’ve tried the plastic handle scrapers and the wood handle ones have a much more comfortable handle. FYI the blade is cut at a slight angle.

Using this for rolled ice cream and it’s a really good match for that I’m sure as long as I wash it carefully m it will last a long time

The description does not detail that there is an angled blade. Some of the pictures seem angled....and others did not. I ordered several of these and could not use any of them because of the angle.

Does the job well! Very sturdy and strong, and love the wooden handle. The price is always the lowest. I recommend this product for cleaning grills!

Not as i thought it would be. Doesn't feel high quality. The wood handle is somewhat loose and wobbles around a bit. It's works okay I suppose. Fit and hand feel are a bit off. I suppose, once again, for the price it's not bad but could be better.

I wish they have the white handle ones. These get a bit too hot when left on the griddle or the flat top. Still good for the price.
