Sturdy knife

While we love the idea of using biodegradable products at all times, the products are for the most part not as good as others and certainly more expensive. The knife worked well, but our customers let us know that a different product we used before was better. We like the product, for schnitzel just not the best way to go.

These worked awesome for my family's huge reunion this past weekend! They're really sturdy, feel like plastic (but break down in a landfill -- yay!). I highly recommend them.

Awesome, eco friendly knives. Most compostable or eco options are so flimsy they can't even spread cream cheese on a warm bagel- these utensils are a game changer. We have roughly 50 full time employees and we use a lot of plastic ware and disposable tableware, it is nice to have an option that leaves less of an environmental impact.

These knives are sturdy, eco friendly, and look polished for a complete dinnerware look that is capable of being casual or more fancy. I used them for meat and they cut just fine and did not break! Many of my guests asked where they can buy these for their next event.

These disposable names article friendly and made from corn fiber. They come packaged in a plastic clamshell containers if you order quantities of 100. Full cases of 1000 utensils are also available. Nice and sturdy and well worth the money.

These biodegradable knives are perfect for a food truck, especially if your environmentally responsible. Simply add a composting bin to your set up to decrease plastic waste.

We used these at our wedding rehearsal BBQ dinner. We appreciated that we could compost them, and they held up well cutting sausages. I'm not sure how they work with tougher meats or veggies as I have not yet tried that. For our purposes, they worked just as well as the plastic version. I recommend and plan to purchase again for our startup food truck operation!

These were fine knives, they did the job. Good value and will last a long time. Will have them for awhile, and future events too.

Customers do use the knives with our Chicken & Waffles. The knife broke on two occasions. Customer had a great attitude about things. No problems. We all laughed it off. But do wish there were plastic utensils that can withstand pressure.
