    I've not used this as much as I would but it's worked well so far. The coating is even, the handle feels good in hand, and the spacing between the wiring on the basket is just perfect to allow the excess breading to be shaken off food.

    The top of this item has a diameter of 8 inches. It is epoxy coated, it eliminates batter and breading from sticking to the basket. We use this to coat chicken and shrimp, but it can be used for anything your mind can imagine.

    These are my favorite type of breading baskets, I use the 10in ones for breading the seafood and the 8in ones for the batter (milk). They are comfortable on the hands and they last quite a long time. Very durable and they have them for a great price on this website.

    This basket is great for deep frying and straining hot items, it has smalls holes but not so small where as it takes a long time to drain items.
