This mesh breading basket is a game changer. The mesh is made of approximately 1/8 inch wire so it is very strong. On my first use I realized that this is an item I should have a long time ago. It keeps your work area cleaner and organized. It does very well in shaking off the excess flour when frying chicken. The holes are perfectly spaced to remove excess flour but it is small enough for you to bread/flour even small pieces of items. It is coated with a durable white coat and is dishwasher safe.
