I have ordered these several times, but a problem is becoming more prevalent. At least one if not two out of every dozen bags are improperly formed, and many adhere to the one next to them, damaging both. For a small business like mine, this is a devastating percentage of loss. I have tried to submit this issue to customer service, but the web page link is broken. Please help!

Paper bag was very big, strong and sturdy. The inside had a nice protective coating so the food would not make the bag oily. Just take note that this bag does not have a tin tie so you would need a clip for resealing.
