Designed to handle up to 39.6 lb. of potatoes in one cycle, this potato peeler is ideal for higher volume restaurants, healthcare facilities, or schools that process fresh potatoes for use in mashed potatoes, stews, and other recipes. Not only will this unit decrease on prep time of your potato dishes, but it also prevents injuries associated with peeling potatoes by hand.

This peeler operates at 320 RPM with an adjustable peeling cycle between 120-150 seconds to peel up to 1100 lb. per hour. The water temperature is adjustable between 41-68 degrees Fahrenheit to peel a variety of potatoes. The unit comes equipped with a manual and floor water discharge button.

The peeler is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel with an unbreakable transparent plastic cover. For added safety, this unit features a micro switch assembly on the cover and chute to ensure your employees don't accidentally injure themselves while the unit is running. A digital display is extremely user-friendly, making this peeler easy to use for both kitchen veterans and new employees alike. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
