Ensure proper visibility and cold protection in extreme conditions with this Ergodyne GloWear 8388 winter jacket / parka. This parka provides enhanced warmth and comfort in cold weather, making it ideal for construction workers, parking lot attendants, crossing guards, and maintenance crews. With a bright lime green color, this parka draws attention to the individual wearing it for increased safety on the job. It has 2" 3M Scotchlite silver reflective tape across the chest, shoulders, and arms, providing enhanced visibility at night or in low-light conditions. This Type R parka is designed for roadway occupational use, and it maintains compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 standards. It meets Class 2 or Class 3 standards depending how you wear it.

This parka has a waterproof, wind-resistant 300D oxford polyester shell with a polyurethane coating, helping to keep the wearer warm and dry. Its taped and bonded seams also help keep water out. This parka comes with a 3M Thinsulate™ liner jacket with removable sleeves and an outer shell jacket, allowing it to be worn in 4 different ways to adapt to different work conditions. The liner jacket can be zipped into the outer shell jacket to serve as a Class 3 winter parka, the liner jacket can be worn alone as a Class 2 jacket, the shell jacket can be worn alone as a water-resistant outer layer, or the zip-off sleeves can be removed for use as a Class 2 winter vest.

This parka features a long length for extended coverage and protection in cold conditions. The black front panel and wrists help hide dirt, dust, and sweat to keep it looking clean. The simple zipper closure makes it easy to put on and take off, while the adjustable hook and loop cuffs adjust around gloves and seal out cold. The drawstring hood has stoppers and a long tail for a customized fit, and it can be tucked away when not in use. The liner jacket has 2 lower front snap pockets, while the outer shell jacket has 1 zippered chest cell phone pocket, 1 hook and loop chest pocket, 2 lower front snap pockets, and dual mic tabs.
