A high-quality cup of coffee or tea starts with high-quality water, so be sure to use this 3M Water Filtration Products BREW115-MS High Flow series water filtration system for all of your hot beverage needs! This carbon block filtration system is specifically designed for use with coffee and hot tea brewing equipment and it removes chlorine taste and odor from your water supply. It also filters for particulates as small as 5 microns, and uses a slow-release inhibitor to prevent scale deposits. If left untreated, all of these particles can negatively affect the taste of your beverages and also create buildup on the fittings, sprayheads, and heating elements of your equipment, which will require costly repairs or even complete replacement. Investing in a filter system is a great way to protect your equipment and get longer use out of it!

This filter system is rated for 1 GPM applications and the cartridge should be changed every 3,500 gallons or 12 months, whichever comes first. And when that time comes, the process couldn't be easier or faster - its sanitary quick change design lets you pull out the old cartridge with just a 1/4 turn and lock a new cartridge into place, with no pre-activation required on the new cartridge. The filter system's valve-in-head design also simultaneously shuts off and vents the water without the need to shut off the upstream feed water. And since the cartridge design is completely self-contained, the filter media is never touched or exposed to contamination, which makes it safer, too. It features a 3/8" water inlet and outlet size, and a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi (pressures over 80 psi should include a pressure limiting valve, sold separately). The maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and it comes with a mounting bracket to make installation easy! Just leave at least 2 3/8" below the bottom of the cartridge for removal.
