These cups as sold are really two products (styles). There is an old style with accordion style straws and a new style with smooth straws. We love the new style. The lids fit snugly but are not difficult to put on. The packaging is good and are delivered in good shape. The old style however is a completely different story. The old style are packaged poorly and frequently comes in damaged. Primarily the rim of the cup is cracked or broken. The lids do not fit properly and result in frequent spills. Adding to the problem is Webstaurantstores customer service response. When I contacted them about the issue, they're response was that they source the cups from several companies and can't guarantee which style we get. In other words we eat the cost of the broken cups. We would love to give this item a 5 star review but we never know which product we are gong to receive.

Love the cup and the lid fits snugly dosent pop off. Only thing I would ask to change is wrapped straws. Or an optional wrapped or unwrapped straws.

I love this cup I use it as the shaker. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WOULD BE A SEALED STRAW

We like these cups. The truth is it's very difficult to find any other options online. But that said, these cups to the job. There is a nice large size, and the lids and straws of fit nicely. I did notice that the quality seems to have gone down from last year's shipments. I think they are using A thinner and cheaper plastic for all the components. yet, it all works perfectly well together – and not even one customer has complain. So I would recommend these!

We have been using this brand of cups for years in our business, but there has obviously been a manufacturing change in the product. Now about 10% of the lids do not fit the cups (or the cups don't fit the lids) and we are constantly getting drinks returned because of holes in the straws. e On a positive note we do like the more efficient packaging.

The cup just the right size for my large lemonades.

I like the cups they are large enough to add real lemons or fruits.

I liked you can see in the cups , one thing I don’t like about them the straws is the need to be wrapped up

Great cup, lid and straw combo for lemonade, but I agree with another review I wish the straws were wrapped.

We use these for our specialty drinks on our food trailer! People love them, the size and that they’re easy to hold!

This cup is a nice looking cup but leaks like crazy and goes everywhere if your shaking the lemonade in this cup only. We bought it as a back up cup but ended up tossing the case because it was not satisfactory for us! You get what you pay for and this is a cheap cup that might get you by in a pinch but definitely not what I would use everyday.

I like this cup. It looks good to me and I chose this style berk cup for my lemon booth. In the past I ran a gold medal cup with bendable straw. There are things I like about each cup more than the other. I like that you can see the liquid in this cup, however I also like when you can’t see the liquid. I wish they held up better and had a high quality straw. Overall I will continue to purchase and hope webstaraunt will credit me for all the broken cups.

great cups, look and work great, a little expensive but for the price per cup for lemonade the profit is still impressive, heavy duty and they come with straws
