this is one big bag of coconut! it's a paper bag but once you open it its a sealed plastic bag inside which is really nice. so far, i've used it to make coconut bacon, coconut butter and just toasted in granola and it's been really nice so far. there's a lot of it, but it has so many uses that it's nice to have so much to test and cook with.
