The 24 Compartment Catering Plate Rack are a life saver. We use these when washing dishes and it makes it very easy to wash and dry quickly. We do not use these for catering transport but you can. We would suggest only stacking 4 high as the racks can get wobbly after that. These make washing dishes much more efficient. We highly recommend! Was exactly what we were looking for in order to use as a drying rack for 10 in Corelle plates. The design seem to help protect the plates from jostling around too much. You can fit multiple smaller 6 inch plates in each slot, BUT they are a tad more difficult to pull back out. Still a great and needed purchase!

MUST HAVE! If you have a rental business FORGET Milk CRATES! I used to think Milk Crates were the way to for affordability, but cleaning them these are the must have. You can't run them through with the dishes, but the dishes do dry easily. Also, use dry cleaning bags to use as storage!

I use these plate racks for transporting vintage china to weddings and events. They keep my plates snug and happy, and are also great for stackable storage.
