Use this AllPoints 2255002 portion control fry basket to replace a damaged fry basket. It's compatible with select fryers to fry up portions of french fries, chicken fingers, popcorn shrimp, and deep-fried pickles. It can also be used to keep an extra on hand for when you need a clean basket.
This fry basket features a front hook to fit over a basket hanger rail, so you can make sure all excess oil drains off your fresh fried foods before you serve them. It also features a durable archer wire design that's nickel-plated, keeping food suspended in hot oil for even cooking on all sides and allowing the oil to quickly drain away after cooking. Plus, it holds 7 portions.
