Provide high-performing and reliable food waste management to your establishment with this Red Goat Model A food waste disposer. This disposer is ideal for vegetable and salad preparation and pot sink areas in large kitchens. Its waste chamber design allows for dual directional operation, doubling the life cycle of the shattering mechanism. This disposer features a 4 1/2" throat size.

Thanks to this disposer's tight tolerance in its cutting mechanism, it allows for approximately 1/8" or less of waste to pass through. With a heavy-duty construction, this unit's body components are cast iron, machined, primed, and powder-coated gray. Its 8" diameter rotor with 2 bolt-on reversible impact bars and sizing ring are ductile cast iron, machined, balanced, and heat treated. This disposer features stainless steel legs and feet that can adjust from 0" to 2". Plus, it has a bolt-on threaded discharge flange for easy removal and ridged drain connection, and it comes with a flexible drain connector that slips over the flange and fastens quickly to your drain line with a 2" pipe size.

This disposer has a heavy-duty, reversing motor that operates at 1,725 RPM and 2 hp, perfect for standard use. It also has thermal overload protection with a manual reset button, mechanical seals to eliminate seal failures, and 1/2" NPT, handling 8 GPM at 20 PSIG. This unit requires a 208-230/460V, 3 phase electrical connection.
