By sealing your food inside one of these vacuum packaging bags, you can prevent it from going bad for much longer than you could with traditional storage methods. Food is placed in one of these bags, and then a vacuum sealer machine sucks the air out and seals it, leaving just your product inside. Vacuum sealing keeps ingredients from drying out and allows you to marinate in less time.
These commercial vacuum sealer bags can be used in several different types of food preparation and storage. In addition to marinating meats and vegetables, many of these bags are freezer safe, so you can vacuum seal leftovers before freezing them. You can also prepare foods in these bags by putting them in the microwave or boiling water to cook without exposing them to oxygen, which can make them dry and less flavorful.
