My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Easily cook up an array of stir fry dishes and more thanks to this conveniently sized, Town M-1-JR-N natural gas single burner wok range with 13" cast iron Mandarin wok ring! Boasting 75,000 BTU with natural gas, the included 16 tip volcano burner delivers a tall flame and focused high heat with some spillage tolerance.
Constructed of durable stainless steel with a refractory brick lined chamber, the range features a 13" wok chamber ring and strainer basket designed for use with 14" to 16" woks. Plus, for added convenience, an automatic, swing-out wok filler faucet is mounted on the 12" high backsplash! This unit sits on adjustable legs and requires a 3/4" gas connection, 1 1/2" waste drain, and 1/2" cold water connection for operation.
