Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. This cart is a convenient way to add wok capabilities to your establishment, and also provides the versatility and visual appeal of the ability to cook tableside or at a buffet line. This cart's 92,000 BTU volcano burner and 13" cast iron chamber ring are designed for use with 14" to 16" woks.
The unit is constructed of durable 18 gauge stainless steel and a 14 gauge reinforced stainless steel top, plus an attached push handle and casters are included for mobility. Plus, for added security, a safety pilot system and propane hose with pressure regulator are included. This cart requires a 25# propane cylinder for operation.
