Prevent the possibility of drainage backflow in sanitary locations by using the Zurn Elkay floor sink. When using equipment that drains water such as kitchen sinks, dishwashers, and steam equipment, it is important to use indirect draining to prevent potential backflow.

This floor sink includes a 6" sump depth and a 12" x 12" basin that allows for a substantial air gap to collect any potential backflow, instead of it coming back up into your kitchen equipment. It comes with a domed ABS strainer that is designed to prevent splash-back and blocks any larger solids such as food or debris from getting into your p-trap and drain lines, which could result in clogging and service calls to a plumber. An included cast iron enameled 3/4 grate partially blocks the sink from foreign matter entering it, while still leaving a space for a drain pipe to enter.

Constructed of durable cast iron and lined with a white acid-resistant porcelain enamel coating, this sink is built to withstand the wear and tear of a busy commercial kitchen. The rounded corners are easy to clean and reduce areas where bacteria can build up. It has a 3" no-hub connection that will hook up to drain pipes without needing any soldering.
