Its versatile design is perfect for restoring and modernizing all types of existing stairways, while also adding anti-slip protection! The aluminum base protects the edges of the grit from wearing out quickly, prolongs the life of your stairway, and has a beveled back for added protection against trips and falls. Also, the extruded aluminum base is heat-treated, resistant to corrosion, and features a satin / lacquered finish that adds durability and protection against temperature changes, making it perfect for indoor or outdoor use.

This convenient tread is ideal for use on high-traffic stairways and on steps exposed to rain and snow, where they may become incredibly slippery. It is durable and built to last under heavy traffic with the use of diamond-hard aluminum oxide in the filler. This stair tread is an ideal upgrade for your staircase and is non-combustible for added safety. Plus, installing and replacing it is easy and inexpensive with drilled and countersunk holes, and tapcon screws that come standard with each purchase! For best installation results, it is recommended that you use construction adhesive in addition to mechanical fasteners.
