Get the most out of your rotisserie with this Wood Stone chicken accessory kit. This kit is compatible with Wood Stone Whatcom gas vertical rotisseries (sold separately). It is designed to tailor the rotisserie specifically for use with chicken and includes 12 stainless steel chicken bell choirs and 4 stainless steel utensil racks.

Each choir consists of 3 stainless steel chicken bells strung together in a vertical line to hold the chicken in place and can cook up to 3 chickens at a time. The stainless steel utensil racks have built-in hooks to hang raw or cooked product, and they easily slide onto sheet pan cart shelves (sold separately). With the ability to cook up to 18 birds per hour, this kit is perfect for high-volume operations.
