I cannot find White Lily self-rising unbleached flour at any local store and depend on this site for my flour. Eight bags of flour seems like a lot, but I double freezer bag it and store it in my freezer. This really is the best flour for biscuits and baked goods. However, this review is more about customer service - two bags of flour were split when the box was opened. I contacted customer service and the flour was replaced in two days. Great service!
