Meet all your light-duty dehydrating needs with this Weston 75-0401-W 6-tray food dehydrator. Impress your customers with in-house jerky, dried fruit, herbs, or chips, perfect for farm-to-table operations. This counter model comes with (6) 10" x 12 3/4" trays to give you plenty of space for slices of your product.
This dehydrator makes it easy to stay in control with an automatic 48 hour timer shut-off and digital temperature control taking the guesswork out of the kitchen. Simply set your timer and temperature between 100 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit and let the dehydrator do the rest. When the timer goes off, the unit's automatic shut-off will turn the heat off, leaving you with jerky, yogurt, dried fruits, or vegetable chips full of natural moisture and flavor without preservatives.
This ABS thermoplastic dehydrator sits right on the counter and operates with continuous air to promote even drying. Plus, for your convenience, 1 netting sheet is included for use with small food product, while 1 solid sheet is included for use with fruit rolls. This dehydrator relies on a 500W heating element to produce delicious, flavorful food with ease. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

I actually use this food dehydrator to dry fondant pieces in advance of a big order! It is perfect for setting my fondant. I place cupcake fondant toppers on any of the 6 trays for 4-5 hours at 140 degrees and they are done!
Easy to use, easy to clean, and very quiet operation. The instruction book is super helpful. I've done basil, mushrooms, and tomatoes so far. Apples next!
