These pans rate a 5 star review for the size but they are slightly less stable than the medium depth. They are perfect for cookies or even meats when cooking for a large group. The size allows more trays to be stored in my hot bot.

I use these for making dinner rolls you sell. Each sheet holds 35. These are very good quality. I will be ordering more of these.

I bought these pans for the Seared salmon i was cooking for the ladies appreciation dinner at my church. they were very sturdy and worked well in the steam pans. I liked them because they weren't so deep and i could warm more trays in the oven and not waste space.

Great depth to use with your wire chaffing sets and deep pan with water. Unfortunately, these pans generally arrive pretty bent. Nice pans, but they packing isn't ever very good. Still usable, but have to straighten them.

The plans was flimsy. Not very durable. But it did the job. You just have to hold the pan from the bottom and not the sides. They came bend out of shape which I didnt like.

These aluminum pans were ideal for our family lobster and steamer bake....no plates necessary! The pans were large enough to hold a lobster, steamers, an ear of corn AND kept all the juices and butter from spilling and making a mess!!

These heavy duty foil steam table pans are worth the extra over medium weight. Some other pans are not sturdy so we use two and waste product.

I recently used these for a party that hosted with over 200 guests and loved having these for dinner service. These were used inside the deep foil steam table pan over the disposable chafing racks and chafing fuels from this site. The combination was perfect for keeping food hot through and hr and a half of buffet service. Definitely heavy duty as there was no warping of these pans, even with heaving food including rice and such. Great price too.
