The westcott shatterproof ruler is one of my favorites for cold weather projects. I have had rulers drop on the shop floor and break because it’s so cold. This one keeps on drawing.

Classic ruler, just as I remember. A must-have item on my desk. It's very well made without any rough edges. Quality actually very high for the price point.

Sometimes finding something as simple as a clear ruler with no other bells or whistles can be tough! Thankfully, this ruler was exactly as stated. Clear, and non-shatter. So, if you or anyone else in your life is looking for the simplicity of a clear, non-shattering ruler you can be confident that this is the ruler for you. It even comes with a hole at one end for attaching to anything you need. I like to attach a pencil to it for when I am doing my line drawings and hate to have to go hunting for a writing instrument. You could also put it into a binder using the end hole. So many uses! Love my new ruler!
The Westcott 12" Shatterproof Plastic Ruler with Hanging Hole is great for taking accurate measurements as it is translucent. I like the shatterproof material as this eliminates the need to purchase a new one after accidental bending which leads to cracks and chips on conventional plastic rulers.

This plastic ruler is nearly indestructible. It is great for use on a construction site without fear of it breaking. it also is clear so you can read through the ruler to the paper underneath
this is a good ruler, but not a great ruler. there are many choices out there and even here on webstaurantstore, but the flexibility of this ruler is a downfall in my opinion as since its not so rigid, it moves around a bit when trying to use it. i prefer something that doesn't give as much. it is good overall though.

I haven't had the opportunity to test whether or not it's shatterproof, but it's a decent ruler overall. A little difficult to see the measurements, but it's not a huge issue.
I keep this ruler hanging right by our decorations station with the convenient hole. Perfect for drawing straight lines when making decorations for cakes containing fondant.
