This nominal 36" charbroiler features 10800 watts of heating power so that you can quickly and thoroughly cook a variety of food, and the infinite temperature controls have positive off positions and signal lights. The elements are self-cleaning and strategically placed beneath the cast iron grates to avoid contact with food and cooking tools, and the drip pans are removable for easy cleaning. And for fast connection to a power supply, it also comes with a terminal block.
