This hot plate features 2000 watts of heating potential so you can quickly cook your most popular foods to perfection. The self-cleaning flat heating element provides excellent surface contact, and the chrome-plated drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. The unit is controlled by an infinite knob with a positive-off position and signal light, and it's mounted on a recessed platform to avoid accidental temperature changes.
