WD-40 Specialist rust release penentrant spray boasts Blu Torch technology, a special blend of synthetic additives that breaks down rust on nuts, bolts, threads, locks, chains, and other plastic, rubber, or metal parts. The spray penetrates into crevices, threads, and seams to break down the bonds causing parts to stick and leaves behind a protective layer to help prevent new rust or corrosion from forming. It is VOC compliant in all 50 states.
