Rely on this Watts LFWDS FloodSafe water detector shutoff system to protect your business from floods caused by water heater leaks. This unit features state-of-the-art technology that automatically shuts off the water supply and power source if water is detected on the floor or in a drain pan under your water heater. It has an audible alarm and can be connected to monitored alarm detection systems to alert you to issues remotely. This system requires no special piping for installation and is sized for use with 3/4" water supply lines. Plus, it features a durable silicon alloy valve body that's built to last.

This system can be easily tested and reset to ensure proper operation, and it's ideal for installation on both new and existing water heaters. It includes a water dam for concrete, linoleum, tile, and other hard surface flooring. It also has secure interlocking connector cables and a power cutout module for continued use in the event of a power outage. It's designed without terminals that can corrode or impair operation. It has a maximum temperature of 210 degrees and a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI. This unit comes with a 120V cord for operation and is wired using a standard thermostat cable (sold separately).
